Job Summary

MWResource, Inc. is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our QA Automation Development team, you will play a crucial role in the automation of smoke, regression, integration, and security testing for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand solution requirements, architecture, and technical designs to define the necessary scope of automated testing.
  • Develop and implement automation testing strategies, communicating them clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium-JAVA, TestNG, and Tricentis TOSCA, ensuring high-quality testing standards are met.
  • Liaise with other management and IT disciplines to ensure automated testing objectives are achieved.
  • Participate in formal meetings with customers and subcontractors, providing technical expertise as needed.
  • Report to management on automated testing progress, identifying deviations from plan and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field, or eight years of applicable experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience in excess of degree requirements.
  • Strong technical skills, including Oracle RDBMS, Tricentis qTest, JIRA, and Java-based automated functional testing frameworks.
  • Experience with creating and running web application performance tests using LoadRunner or Apache JMeter or Tricentis NeoLoad.
  • General software development life cycle practices and software quality assurance/quality control testing techniques, standards, and related technologies.
