Job Overview

Seeking a seasoned pharmacist to lead our high-volume pharmacy in Peridot, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency room pharmacy and experience with ScriptPro Program Management System, Omnicell ADCs, and Kirby Lester counting machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and track outcome measures for financial and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Assess program effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
  • Provide guidance to staff, supporting professional growth and performance standards.
Requirements
  • Five years of professional experience, with two years of management experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including 1 year residency.
  • 2+ years of ER experience required.
  • Current and active, unrestricted Pharmacy license (Arizona license preferred).
  • AHA/BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
