About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Home Health Nurse. In this role, you'll provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, utilizing your critical thinking skills to address the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
