Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Heritage Child Development Center. As an Assistant Teacher in our One Year Old Classroom, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

• Develop Partnerships with Parents: Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, updates, and feedback, ensuring a seamless transition between home and school.
• Provide Feedback and Support: Offer constructive feedback and support to colleagues and parents, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.

• Professional Development: Commit to ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.

• Experience in Childcare: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
• Education and Certifications: A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent, or coursework in early childhood education.
