Position Overview- Conduct consultations and manage referrals as necessary.
- Oversee Internal Medicine residents during their rotations on the General Medicine floors.
- Handle administrative duties related to inpatient care.
- Engage in hospital-wide initiatives focused on performance improvement and patient safety.
- Participate in on-call duties, which will be compensated in addition to the base salary.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine is required.
