We are a prominent player in the food sector, recognized for our manufacturing and marketing excellence. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd Shift to enhance our operations.
Shift Details:
This position operates on the 2nd Shift (1pm - 10pm) with a schedule that includes working every other weekend. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Candidate Profile:
- A supervisor with 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision within a food processing facility or similar environment.
- Experience in a processing facility is advantageous.
- Proficiency in PLC programming is a plus.
- A hands-on leader who is willing to engage directly in maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the scheduling, assignment, and direction of maintenance work, as well as conduct performance evaluations. Regular analysis of production and operational reports will facilitate timely resolutions to any manufacturing or maintenance challenges, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
The Maintenance Supervisor will guide the overall strategy, coordination, and assessment of maintenance personnel. This role involves direct supervision of non-supervisory staff (lead/technician) and requires the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively. The Maintenance Supervisor will also play a crucial role in training, developing, and evaluating team members to meet future operational needs while ensuring the highest quality standards for all products produced and packaged.

Qualifications:

- Ammonia Refrigeration Experience/Certification is highly preferred.
