Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at Patterns LLC. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and handling instruments and equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain operating rooms, including setting up and cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe surgical procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, including patient information and surgical supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Surgical Technology or related field preferred.
  • Current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Operating Room Technician (COT) required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital or surgical setting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move patients and equipment as needed, with a minimum of one assist or assistive device.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a hospital or surgical setting, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques, including anesthesia and patient monitoring.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on communication and collaboration.
