About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our Samsung Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales and advocacy for Samsung Home Appliances in our retail partner stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with retail partner colleagues to increase product knowledge and brand awareness.
  • Engage customers to provide a memorable and excellent customer experience.
  • Ask questions and listen to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate Samsung products.
  • Work collaboratively with the in-store sales team to drive sales and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
