Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ranch Laborer to join our team at Foster Farms. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the day-to-day activities of our ranch and ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

* Assist in maintaining the ranch's operations, including feeding, mortality removal, equipment adjustments, and sanitation
* Support the grow-out program by ensuring optimal ranch setup, brooding, temperatures, ventilation, mortality, vaccination, and medication
* Coordinate feed deliveries and maintain accurate feed and fuel inventories
* Aid in maintaining facilities and equipment for optimal usage and appearance
* Learn and assist with maintaining sanitation conditions and disease protection procedures

Requirements

* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
* Good mathematical and organizational skills
* Ability to lift and move 75 pounds
* Preferably, mechanical aptitude
* Good verbal and written communication skills (Basic English)
* Ability to work as scheduled/needed, including overtime, evenings, holidays, and weekends
* Ability to follow company standards, guidelines, and policies
