- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Document patient care and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Active Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Florida.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
- Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
