  • Investigate Incidents: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and documenting findings.
  • Monitor Security Systems: Monitor and maintain security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Provide Guest Assistance: Assist guests with safety and security-related issues, such as providing information on hotel safety procedures or escorting guests to their rooms.
  • Collaborate with Hotel Staff: Work closely with hotel staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for up to 4 hours per shift.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, and radio.
  • Computer Knowledge: Must have basic computer knowledge.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Age and License: Must be 21+ with a valid North Carolina driver's license.
