We are seeking a dedicated Family Service Coordinator to join our team at South Coast Children's Society.

The estimated salary for this position is $63,653-$66,984.06 per year.

The Family Service Coordinator will perform initial and ongoing strengths-based assessments of children and families, identify and prioritize family needs across all domains, and schedule and facilitate all Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience working in a human-service related field, preferably in a program utilizing the Wraparound model.

The Family Service Coordinator will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure services are relevant to established goals and needs as expressed by the Child and Family Team (CFT).
