Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate café equipment and prepare coffee, specialty drinks, and baked goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to local, state, and federal sanitation guidelines.
  • Stock and merchandise the café, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and responding to their needs.
  • Assist with bookstore operations as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and learn new skills.
  • Cash handling skills and ability to operate a cash register.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the café and bookstore.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull objects as needed.
