Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to take on the role of Facilities Lead (Night Shift) in the Battle Creek/Kalamazoo area. This position is pivotal in overseeing the operations of multiple buildings and ensuring the effectiveness of our cleaning teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and expectations promptly.
- Oversee the training and development of staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Take ownership of 5-8 buildings, providing coverage during staff absences and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $17 with opportunities for quarterly increases.

Work Schedule:
- Typical shifts are Sunday to Thursday, from 6 PM to 2 AM, with flexibility based on operational needs.
- Rotating weekend coverage may be required based on building needs.
Essential Skills:

- Knowledge of custodial maintenance practices, including sanitation and equipment operation.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Steel-toed shoes are required.
