Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Duluth, GA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing expert-level ABA therapy services to children with autism, working closely with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Provide expert-level ABA therapy services to children with autism
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, data-driven treatment
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
- BCBA certification and licensure (if required in the state of practice)
- 1 year of experience working with children with autism
- 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Prior BCBA experience
- Master's level degree
- Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $103,000 annually
