Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school district in Marina, CA. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech services to middle and high school students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech services to students in a school setting
- Evaluate students' speech and language skills and develop individualized plans to improve their communication abilities
- Work with students, teachers, and parents to implement speech therapy plans and monitor progress
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active speech license from the state of Illinois
- Experience working with students in a school setting
