Key Responsibilities- Promote a culture of quality and safety throughout the hospital, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, including data analysis and reporting.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in quality and safety data, informing strategic decisions and driving process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and excellence in quality and safety.
- Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- 2 years of quality experience preferred, with a focus on patient safety and quality assurance.
- Previous experience working with Meditech and other healthcare software systems.
- CPPS certification preferred.
