Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Bellavance Trucking Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for dispatching, supporting, and managing the needs of our drivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the schedules of 15+ drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Payroll and Auditing: Proactively manage driver PTO, detention pay entries, and labor/additional pay submissions through our Google form.
  • Freight Management: Read and interpret freight bills to communicate load details to drivers.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate professionally with drivers and customers, remaining calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Technology and Data Management: Utilize computer systems and technology to manage driver schedules, payroll, and freight information.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional on-call rotations.
  • Education and Experience: Highly proficient in computer systems and technology, with a strong background in logistics and transportation operations.
