Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our property, plant, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules in accordance with ISO and company requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Improve machinery and processes to enhance safety and efficiency.
  • Implement Lean techniques to optimize manufacturing and maintenance processes.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and identify and address any issues or flaws in equipment and property.
  • Assist with projects as required by management.
  • Maintain records of machine failures and day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial machine repair.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance requirements.
  • Hydraulics expertise is a must.
  • Welding and fabricating skills are a plus.
  • Tow-motor driving and repair/maintenance experience is required.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts.
  • Ability to lift up to [insert weight] pounds.
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Technical/vocational skills are preferred.
