- Develop and Standardize Recipes: Create and refine recipes to ensure consistent quality and flavor.
- Establish Presentation Techniques and Quality Standards: Ensure all dishes are presented to the highest standard.
- Plan and Price Menus: Develop menus that meet the needs of our guests and drive sales.
- Ensure Proper Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Maintain all kitchen equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
- Oversee Special Catering Events: Coordinate and execute special events with precision and attention to detail.
- Education: A minimum of 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree.
- Knowledge and Skills: Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
