Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients with a smile and offer assistance with products and services.
  • Model and share customer service best practices with colleagues to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Anticipate patient needs and proactively offer services.
  • Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, contraindications, and patient information privacy.
  • Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
  • Review and accurately dispense prescribed medications.
Requirements:
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in states within the district.
  • Experience with prescription dispensing activities demonstrating knowledge of state and federal controlled substance laws.
  • Certified Immunizer or willingness to become certified within 90 days.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
