Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electronic and paper records to ensure all contracting paperwork is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process, overseeing existing insurance claims and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly manner, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies.
  • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, providing a personalized experience.
  • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products through various strategies, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives to bring in new business.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus.

Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly.
