We are seeking a qualified Commercial HVAC Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of managing crews of up to 15 men. They must be able to write RFI's and be familiar with all phases of new construction, including layout, measuring duct, and installing all types of HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, reviewing project productivity, and maintaining project schedules. They must also be able to foster a cohesive and unified building team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee HVAC New Construction projects
- Foster a cohesive and unified building team
- Supervise the daily operations of commercial new construction projects
- Strictly comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Review and maintain project productivity
- Review project labor costs weekly and make corrections as required
- Maintain project schedule and notify project manager of manpower needs daily for the following week
