**Job Summary:**

The Mental Health Technician II is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients, coordinating mental health evaluations, and maintaining client care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise residents to ensure their safety and security at all times
* Answer 988 Lifeline calls and coordinate mental health evaluations
* Document resident daily activities and complete admission/discharge processes
* Engage with clients through recreational activities and assist them in utilizing acceptable coping skills
* Contribute to the general cleanliness of the facility and supervise medication administration
* Follow policies and procedures of the ACSU

**Requirements:**

* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
* Valid Kentucky driver's license and proof of insurance
* Acceptable background check (yearly)
