**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Measure and record patient vital signs, and document medical history

  • Prepare patients for examinations, perform routine screening tests, and assist physicians with exams
  • Observe patients and report any changes in patient conditions to physicians, clinicians, and other clinical personnel
  • Perform non-critical medical and therapeutic procedures under physician supervision

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program or comparable healthcare vocational training required
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or similar in a hospital, medical clinic, or comparable environment required
