We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Pegasus Senior Living. As a Care Partner, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as needed.
  • Engage residents in activities and programs that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with older adults, preferably in a care setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, as needed.
