About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Garner Health. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial teams by building scalable data tools, executing data analyses, and building data-driven stories that showcase Garner Health's value to clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Analytics: Utilize data to identify patterns and trends in client behavior, providing actionable insights to enhance customer experience and optimize internal processes to improve service delivery.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Convert data and analytics into compelling narratives that demonstrate the value Garner provides in reducing healthcare costs and improving quality of life.
  • Business Intelligence Development: Design and build business intelligence dashboards and automated tools that can produce client-facing reports at scale, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Support: Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and other teams to ensure Garner has the necessary infrastructure for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as management consulting, investment banking, or startups.
  • Healthcare experience is not necessary but would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python with a strong ability to perform complex data analysis and generate business insights.
  • A commercial orientation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

The target salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $140,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
