About Us:
ERC Pathlight stands as a pioneering entity in the behavioral health industry, established in 2008 by leading experts in the field of eating disorders. We are committed to treating a diverse patient population, offering extensive treatment programs across multiple facilities nationwide and through telehealth services.
Your Role:
As a Primary Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct therapeutic interventions and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on mood, anxiety, and eating disorders.
- Conducting thorough assessments and crafting personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team:
- Performing biopsychosocial evaluations and assessing for self-harm and suicidal ideation.
- Developing individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable objectives.
- Creating support plans or behavior contracts as necessary.
- Completing essential clinical documentation for each patient, including:
- Treatment plans and progress notes for individual and family therapy.
- Wellness and aftercare plans.
- Discharge summaries.
- Participating in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure coordinated patient care.
Primary Therapist I:
- A Master's or Doctorate Degree in counseling or a related field is required.
- Registration as an associate or intern in accordance with state requirements for individual therapy practice.
- Prior experience in individual and family therapy is preferred.
Primary Therapist II:
- Possession of a full clinical mental health license as mandated by state regulations.
- A minimum of two years of experience managing a significant caseload with proven success in treating common diagnoses and associated comorbidities.
