Job Description

At Brighter, Stronger Foundation, we are dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health services to individuals across the state of Maryland.

Our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering innovative solutions and new models of care to meet the needs of our clients and their families.

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide quality individualized treatment to our clientele based on established best practices and medical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized treatment to clients based on established best practices and medical guidelines.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • LGPC/LCPC, LGFT/LCMFT, LMSW/LCSW-C licensure.
  • Active Maryland license.
  • Interest in providing a minimum of 8 sessions/week.
  • Access to high-speed internet.
  • Clean driving record with no more than 2 points.
  • Satisfactory CJIS report.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality and Privacy Policies.

FLSA and Employment Status:

Nonexempt, part-time, variable shift.
