Long Term Care/Chronic Care Registered Nurse Opportunity

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long Term Care/Chronic Care Registered Nurse to join our team. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to patients in need.

About the Job
  • 12-hour shifts, days

  • Contract details: $13-week contract with possibility to extend

As a Long Term Care/Chronic Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to individuals with complex medical needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
