Job OverviewThrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Clerk to provide exceptional customer service and support in our #066 Ashley, North Dakota location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by building strong relationships and loyalty with our customers.
  • Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist with patient enrollment.
  • Receive, unpack, and verify merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality, then stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products.
  • Assist with health aids department maintenance and adapt to new technologies as needed.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist in various store locations as required.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential job functions.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be at least 18 years old and possess a strong work ethic.
