Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a school district. This part-time role is ideal for a professional looking to contribute to the well-being of students in a collaborative and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for students to enhance their physical abilities and promote overall well-being.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students' physical therapy needs and create personalized treatment plans.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students, including one-on-one sessions and group therapy.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' physical goals and ensure a cohesive approach to their care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Work in conjunction with another on-site Physical Therapist to ensure seamless delivery of services and share best practices.
- Travel between school locations within the district as necessary to provide services to students.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Part-time: 2 days per week (16 hours per week).
- Caseload: Various, to be determined, shared with another on-site Physical Therapist.
