Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a CT Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of computed tomography scans.
Key Responsibilities:- Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests to ensure accurate and safe scanning procedures.
- Explain imaging procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support as needed.
- Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions and position patients for optimal scanning.
- Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate patient records and understand the McKesson PACS system.
- 1 year of experience as a CT Tech.
- ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography.
- State-specific licensing when required.
- BLS certification.
