About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at The Arora Group. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality medical imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform conventional radiology imaging of patients, including chest radiography to screen for tuberculosis
  • Set up X-ray rooms and adapt positions to meet the needs of patients
  • Evaluate x-rays to ensure they are artifact-free and correctly developed
  • Log in and document all x-rays performed, and file x-ray reports and jackets in the appropriate place
  • Maintain an up-to-date quality control system on x-ray machines and processors
  • Confer with radiologists to establish requirements for non-standard examinations
  • Advises radiologists or referring physicians of results of examinations and provides preliminary diagnostic evaluations
Requirements
  • Graduate from a certificate or associate degree Radiologic Technologist program accredited by The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)
  • One-year experience as a certified (license if required) Radiologic Technologist
  • Experience in a detention/correctional or residential healthcare setting (preferred, not required)
  • Current National Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART)
  • State licensure if required by the state in which the duty station is located
