We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to clients with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work under the direction of occupational therapists to help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide rehabilitative services to clients with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments
  • Work under the direction of occupational therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs and goals
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
  • Experience working with clients with mental, physical, emotional, or developmental impairments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
