About Insight Healing Center

We provide a soothing home-like atmosphere for our residents, with private rooms equipped with telephone service, internet, and basic cable service. Our two central common areas allow for socialization and participation in extra-curricular events.


Job Summary:

This is a full-time/part-time position for the inpatient rehabilitation areas, working under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals. The role involves assisting with patient mobility, daily care activities, and basic health monitoring to ensure comfort and safety.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists with direct patient care under the supervision of the RN or other medical professionals.
  • Provides patients with help walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed.
  • Positions, feeds, bathes, dresses, and assists patients with grooming and other tasks.
  • Observes patients' conditions, measures and records food and liquid intake and output, and vital signs, and reports changes to professional staff.

  • Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
  • Proven excellence in patient safety and care.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
