Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage the pharmacy's Days on Hand standards.
  • Input patient information and medication orders into our computerized system for label generation.
  • Prepare and package IV medications, ensuring cleanliness and compliance in the IV room.
  • Maintain facility-based medication dispensing machines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Pharmacy Technician License as mandated by state regulations.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and proficiency in computer operations.
  • Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy services is advantageous.
