Loan Officer Trainee

As a Loan Officer Associate, you'll play a vital role in assisting Loan Officers while developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a Loan Officer in the future. Our comprehensive training program includes online and classroom sessions, as well as hands-on experience working alongside experienced Loan Officers and Division Managers.

• Your Responsibilities

  Assist Loan Officers in processing loan applications, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

  Participate in training programs to develop knowledge of lending principles, including creditworthiness assessment and loan approval processes.

  Collaborate with Division Managers to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.

• Your Toolbox

  Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • BA or BS preferred

  • Mortgage or banking experience (preferred)

  • Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
