Key Responsibilities
  • Activity Supervision: Supervise activities in the Quad, including sports games and recreational play, to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members.
  • Equipment Support: Assist members with equipment setup and usage, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized environment in the Quad, including setup and breakdown of equipment before and after activities.
  • Member Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for members, encouraging sportsmanship and teamwork among participants.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with members, addressing any questions or concerns and providing assistance as needed to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate game schedules and ensure smooth operation of activities in the Quad.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in sports officiating or recreational supervision, with a strong understanding of space rules and regulations.
