Position Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering and structuring financial data to create journal entries and perform reconciliations for the general ledger. This role also involves preparing related reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive accounting records related to the general ledger, including but not limited to:
    • Daily cash transactions
    • Inter-company financials
    • Procurement card accounting
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations for cash, receivables, other assets, and accruals.
  • Evaluate financial statements and provide insightful recommendations based on the analysis.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred; significant relevant experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar accounting/finance role is required.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
