Job Overview

Positive Behavior Supports is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

About the Role

As a BCBA, you will provide family-centered ABA services to individuals with behavior challenges and skill deficits. Your key responsibilities will include adhering to PBS Corp.'s policies and procedures, communicating openly with Regional Coordinators, collaborating with caregivers and other service providers, completing assessments, developing written reports, and uploading client documentation on the online system.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis/Related Field
  • Certification as a BCBA or BCaBA (or planning to sit for BCBA/BCaBA exam within 30 days)
  • Working experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (including practicum/internship experience)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, flexible time off policy, annual vacation credit, 401k program, and monthly CEU's free for Team Members.
