We are seeking a highly motivated Box Office Ambassador to join our team at IPIC Theaters. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a dine-in theater environment.



  • About the Role:
  • • Deliver consistently high levels of guest service to all guests, creating memorable experiences through friendly, engaging, and hospitable interactions.
  • • Adhere to company guidelines for serving alcoholic beverages, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
  • • Demonstrate mastery of the food and beverage menu, making recommendations and pairings that enhance the guest experience.
  • • Take accurate orders to ensure guest expectations are met, utilizing knowledge of the menu to provide optimal suggestions.
  • • Display a comfortable and genuine sales approach, securing payments and processing transactions efficiently through the POS system.
  • • Provide outstanding service to multiple guests simultaneously, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • • Previous experience in food service or hospitality (6 months minimum), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • • Familiarity with point of sale systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally interact with guests and colleagues.
  • • Availability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • • Physical stamina to perform job duties, including frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
