Automotive Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Bookkeeper to join our team at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln. As an Automotive Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and reconciliations
• Process financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
