The Job DescriptionThis Production Supervisor role oversees the direction of manufacturing employees to meet production expectations efficiently and safely.
You will evaluate employee performance, maintain high-quality production, and address any site-specific issues professionally.
Key Accountabilities:- Evaluating and improving production processes for optimal efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, to ensure consistent departmental practices.
- Maintaining excellent communication skills for effective issue resolution and employee development.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for a safe and compliant work environment.
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 5-10 years in manufacturing/production environments like Medical devices, Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Precision Instrument Manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Lean principles and ability to implement process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Microsoft Office and ERP system proficiency.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 to $90,000, influenced by location and experience.
