About the Job

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Torchy's Tacos. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to our guests

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender

• Current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)

• Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other duties as required
