Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned, adhering to dealer and factory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and other technicians to ensure seamless production and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to identify and recommend necessary repairs, ensuring the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
  • Document work performed on each vehicle, maintaining accurate records and adhering to dealership standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience as a manufacturer-certified automotive technician.
  • Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
  • Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
