Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Specialist to join our team at HPM Building Supply in Kamuela, Hawaii.

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $18.90-$22.25, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting the right paint products for their needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including paint storage and display areas
  • Restock shelves and process transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous retail or paint industry experience desired
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
