Maximize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional product support for Knapheide products. Utilize expert knowledge and communication skills to efficiently address support needs throughout distributor channels and across the entire customer base.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and process multiple case files daily, analyzing and delivering appropriate product support actions to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Document activities and current status concisely, initiating quality assurance measures and product enhancement opportunities as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Post-high school education preferred with an area of study focused in engineering or automotive. Essential skills include excellent verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, as well as good problem-solving and negotiating abilities. Advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, are also required.
Physical and Mental Requirements
The role requires normal standing, bending, walking, and lifting in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting, working at a computer terminal, and telephone usage are also necessary. Additionally, the ability to perform light to moderate mechanical work in the shop or field is required.
