About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive banking experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality customer service and handle financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Actively listen for potential sales opportunities and refer customers to relevant bank products and services.
  • Conduct daily cash balancing and maintain the security of customer information.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures, and maintain a proficient knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic math and computer skills, as well as documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional and friendly interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
