The Winder Operator is responsible for operating the winder machine to produce high-quality products. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the winder machine to produce high-quality products
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the machine
  • Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals
  • Participate in safety programs and follow plant safety rules
  • Train new employees on the winder machine operation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous winder machine operation experience
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
Working Conditions

The Winder Operator will work in a fast-paced production environment with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The employee must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
